Year 3 have been reading ‘Stig of the Dump’, as their class book. Each class have a book that they read and study. They have been writing diary entries, pretending they were one of the characters from the story. The children loved using their learning as well as their own imaginations to create


  0n Takeover day, Evie, Edie, Stella and Hugo taught year three. At the start of the day, they completed some colour by number pictures, before a selection of maths activities. After break they made Christmas comic strips. Just before lunch the year threes did a quiz all about Christmas ……


On the 12th of October, 12 year 3 students went to a literacy day at Hassocks Infant School.  During the day, the children met an author that read them one of his books called ‘Burger Boy’. A pupil that went on the trip said “I really enjoyed it and click to read more…………………….


In DT, Year 3 received a letter from Winnie the Pooh asking them to build a bridge to play Pooh Sticks. They have also been writing about the world’s worst teachers! The inspiration behind this was their recent book by David Walliams. Otto created ‘Mrs Whoopie Cushion”, who smells revolting!..
