Following on from their fantastic achievement in reaching the Sussex U11 Pokémon Cup Finals, we were extremely proud of our Year 5 & 6 boys’ football team when they represented the school in the finals last week.
The boys showed everything we value in school sport – commitment, teamwork, resilience, and excellent sportsmanship. Playing at such a high level was a brilliant experience, and they should be very proud of the way they conducted themselves both on and off the pitch.
Reaching the finals is a huge achievement in itself, and the team’s effort, attitude, and determination throughout the competition were outstanding. They were a credit to themselves and to the school.
Well done to all the players, and thank you to the staff and families who supported them along the way. We couldn’t be prouder!
