Last week, excitement filled the school as Mrs Almeida brought some very special guests to visit – Bette the baby goat, Snowdrop the lamb, and two fluffy chicks! Nursery, Year 2, and Year 5 pupils were thrilled to meet the friendly animals and learn all about how they are cared for, as part of their Life Cycles learning.
The children had the chance to gently stroke the animals, ask questions, and even watch the chicks peck and explore. Bette and Snowdrop were particularly popular, with their soft coats and curious personalities winning everyone over.
It was a fantastic hands-on learning experience that brought smiles all round – a big thank you to Mrs Almeida for such a memorable visit!
