On Tuesday, the whole school set off on our much-anticipated trip to Sheffield Park, linked to our work on A Story of the Seasons. Despite a soggy start to the morning, the rain stopped — and the sun came out — just as we arrived! ☀️
The children had a brilliant time exploring the beautiful parkland, taking in the sights, sounds, and colours of nature all around them. It was a fantastic opportunity to bring their learning to life and appreciate the changing seasons in a very special setting.
We want to say a huge thank you to all the parent volunteers who came along to support us — your help on trips like these really does make all the difference.
It was a wonderful day and one we hope the children will remember for a long time!
